Narratives of Love

The 1st "Of Love" Poster Biennale

Annotation of Love

Whether it is passionate or euphe-mistic, vocal or silent, reality is not a truly public and objective world, the interpretation of love is a highly personalized topic. An exploration of love nowadays is not to reach a consensus but rather to relaunch a sample of this ancient topic intertwine the slices of time in current context, adding terms that can be traced in the future.

Every artist is a precision instrument that connects the eyes, the brain and the world. They know the essence of expression; they have the power to unrestrainedly contrive the fragments; they can break free from the anesthesia of daily life more ef-fortlessly; they stand in a corner where fewer rules and regulations remain, adding a footnote to the numerous of objectification.

The signified of the word "poster" has long since changed. Perhaps we are all waiting for a new entry to dismantle the experience it estab-lishes, to transcend common sense, to construct a new center.

I am honored to be invited by my alma mater: the Central Academy of Fine Arts to participate in this poster exhibition with the theme of "Love".
